Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain front desk security and visitor logbooks.
Handle inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
Manage courier services, mail distribution, and front-office supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and decorum of the reception area.
Assist HR/admin team with clerical duties when required.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Presentable personality with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Graduate in any discipline; diploma in front-office management is a plus.
