Job Description – Receptionist
Location: Delhi
Reporting To: Head – HR
Function: Administration
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
1. Job Purpose
To manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and smooth communication within the office.
2. Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Handle and route incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries
Manage visitor logs and issue ID badges as per security protocol
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling
Provide basic administrative support to the HR/Admin team
3. Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
4. Internal & External Interactions
Internal: Coordination with Admin, HR, Facilities, and other departments
External: Professional interaction with guests, clients, and vendors
