Job Title: Receptionist
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently in a dynamic office environment.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Coordinate with building management and vendors when necessary.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies and reorder as required.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Experience in a real estate, construction, or property management company is an advantage.
