We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Incidex Healthcare (I) Pvt Ltd to perform a variety of administrative and front-desk responsibilities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will also be responsible for managing incoming call inquiries, handling daily correspondence, and maintaining an organized reception area.
This position offers an 15k-18k along with opportunities for growth and skill development.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are guided to the correct department or individual.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area with necessary office supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, messages, and deliveries.
Manage calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office records.
