The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, directing visitors to the appropriate departments, handling inquiries efficiently, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and route incoming calls to the correct department or personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
Schedule customer appointments for sales, service, or test drives as required.
Provide basic information about dealership services, offers, and working hours.
Assist in maintaining customer records, visitor logs, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments for customer follow-ups.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and other communications.
Support administrative functions such as photocopying, filing, and preparing documents.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and prompt service.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role (automobile dealership experience preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
Personality: Pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and data entry.
Other Skills: Multitasking, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Timings: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM (The variations may be in accordance with the festive season.)
Reporting To: Customer Relationship Manager / Sales Manager
