We are looking for a smart and skilled Receptionist who is not only excellent at front desk management but also proficient in Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting, documentation, and presentation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Handle courier, office supplies, and basic admin support.
MS Office & Reporting Duties:
Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, etc.).
Draft professional documents, letters, and notices in MS Word.
Create and design engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP).
Proficiency in MS Word & PowerPoint Presentations.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Salary: [20000 to 25000]
Weekly Off : 2nd & 4th Saturday & All Sunday.
Office Timings: 10.00AM & 06.00PM
