We are seeking an organized and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support.The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a warm welcome while efficiently handling calls, scheduling duties.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures (e.g., visitor logbook).
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Coordinate with internal staff regarding meetings or visitor needs.
Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
