Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors/guests professionally, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct them to appropriate person, department, or waiting rooms

• Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments

• Effectively handle customer feedback and complaints

• Follow up reminder Calls/Emails

• Adherence as per the SOPs

Handling Petty Cash.

Required Candidate profile:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)

• Confidence and ability to interact with customers internally and externally.

• Need to be customer focused.

• Preferred Female Candidate from Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.
