Job Overview:

Lotus Beauty Salon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth appointment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.

• Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle appointment bookings.

• Maintain and update client records and daily schedules

• Coordinate with the salon team to ensure timely service delivery.

• Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes.

• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.

• Provide basic information about services, products, and promotions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates may also apply.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior receptionist or customer service experience will be a plus.

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).

  • Polite, presentable, and professional appearance.

  • Customer-focused attitude with multitasking ability.
