Job duties and responsibilities
Front desk management:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Communication:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Handle inbound inquiries about real estate projects and property offerings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
Administrative support:
Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents.
Provide information on available properties and services.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Support the sales team with follow-ups and client coordination.
Client and visitor assistance:
Guide visitors to the correct department or person.
Provide information and answer questions about real estate projects and services.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is beneficial.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software for scheduling and record-keeping.
Organizational skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of tasks.
Professionalism: Ability to maintain composure while handling multiple inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
