Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist cum Telecaller, located in Donar, Darbhanga. The

Receptionist cum Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing the reception area, and performing clerical duties. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting visitors,maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining professional phone etiquette and ensuring effective communication with clients and staff

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist duties

• Strong Clerical skills and ability to manage administrative tasks

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Salary

4000-7000 (+ Inventives - Performance Based)
