Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
· Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
· Maintain and manage petty cash records accurately
· Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice handling, and expense tracking
· Maintain records, files, and documentation
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Good computer handling skills and data management ability
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
