Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will present a positive first impression of our business through excellent customer service, communication skills, and front-desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain front desk security by following procedures such as visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
Assist with administrative support tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Handle inquiries and resolve or redirect complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools is an advantage.
