Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine their purpose of visit and guide them appropriately.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented reception area with required stationery, forms, and relevant information.
Arrange and prepare meeting rooms and training rooms as per schedule.
Provide administrative support to colleagues as needed.
Manage student post-admission processes, including examinations, welcome letters, and study material distribution (PDF books, etc.).
Handle day-to-day tasks on MS Excel, Word, and email communications.
Respond promptly to queries via email and phone.
Maintain accurate records of admissions, exams, and results.
Perform editing work and other back-end operational tasks.
Assist with miscellaneous admin and HR activities.
Handle all information with the highest level of confidentiality.
