We are looking for a polite, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should have basic communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and phone calls efficiently.
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and handle front office documents.
Coordinate courier and mail dispatch/receipts.
Provide administrative support to various departments when required.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
