Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk

• Manage check-in/check-out procedures and maintain patient records

• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

• Coordinate with doctors and nurses for patient queries and appointments

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area

Telecalling Duties:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback collection

• Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and timings

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and direct calls to appropriate departments

• Maintain call logs and telecommunication records

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an advantage
