We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our educational institution. The Receptionist will play a key role in managing front-desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff in a warm and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

• Handle inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email, providing accurate information or directing queries to appropriate staff.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

• Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Assist in managing student records and maintaining confidentiality of information.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments as needed.

• Provide assistance during school/college events, parent-teacher meetings, and examinations.
