We are looking for a presentable, organized, and multitasking individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will also be responsible for supporting the sales team with backend operations, coordination, and documentation.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and emails; direct them to appropriate departments
Maintain visitor logs, front office supplies, and ensure the reception area is tidy
Manage couriers, deliveries, and meeting room scheduling
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, order forms, and client proposals
Maintain customer records, sales databases, and CRM entries
Coordinate with internal departments like Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts for order follow-up
Follow up with clients for pending documents, approvals, and payments
Prepare MIS reports, maintain lead follow-up sheets, and track order status
Draft professional emails and handle client correspondence on behalf of the sales team
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream, preferably Business or Commerce)
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (Reception + Sales coordination)
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance with a positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently
Experience in the IT/Tech industry
Strong follow-up and internal coordination abilities
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Friday
