Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and professional female receptionist to be the first point of contact at our nightclub. The ideal candidate will greet guests, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and provide excellent customer service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and check identification at the entrance.

• Manage guest lists, VIP bookings, and reservations.

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages regarding bookings or inquiries.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Coordinate with security and floor staff to manage crowd control and entry.

• Handle minor customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager.

• Ensure reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with promotional materials.

• Support marketing efforts by providing information about upcoming events and promotions.

• Monitor and report any unusual activity or incidents at the entrance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, calm under pressure, and able to handle high-volume guest interactions.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Professional appearance and grooming.

• Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by local law).

• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
