Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle phone calls and follow-ups with patients to schedule appointments. Share details with doctors and nursing staff.
2. Manage the clinic’s appointment calendar efficiently.
3. Greet and host patients, making them feel welcome and heard.
4. Build friendly relationships with patients.
5. Share clinic offers and promotions with patients in a clear and positive way.
6. Track and manage the flow of clinical work—both incoming and outgoing.
7. Take feedback and reviews from patients after procedures.
8. Support regular marketing efforts via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google.
9. Keep patient records updated in the internal software.
10. Reach out to past patients for pending or follow-up treatments.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Good spoken and written English. Knowing additional languages is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: Completed graduation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Organised, well-groomed, and presentable.
• Quick to learn, with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus.
• A team player who can solve problems and take initiative.
