Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area to keep it clean and presentable
Handle inquiries from visitors and clients
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain records, files, and office documents
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with staff and departments as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional appearance and attitude
