In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with medical staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist patients and visitors in person and over the phone
● Schedule and confirm appointments
● Maintain patient files and update records accurately
● Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail
● Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care

Should be fluent in english and hindi
Should be an immediate joiner
Should be okay with 6 days of working
