Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters)

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms

• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping

• Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies

• Support internal teams with clerical and coordination tasks

• Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred)

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude
