Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
Manage check-in/check-out procedures and maintain patient records
Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Coordinate with doctors and nurses for patient queries and appointments
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback collection
Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and timings
Handle inquiries, complaints, and direct calls to appropriate departments
Maintain call logs and telecommunication records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an advantage
