We have openings Front Desk Executive for International school at Thane West

Salary - Upto 25000 Per month

Education - Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. strongly preferred).

Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in front desk/reception/customer service roles (school/hospitality/ corporate experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students in a polite and professional manner.

- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls/emails efficiently.

• Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/out processes.

• Handle inquiries related to admissions, school information, and direct queries to the concerned department.

• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, meetings, and events.

• Manage front office supplies, stationery, and ensure the reception area is presentable at all times.

• Assist the HR/Admin team with basic clerical duties like data entry, filing, and documentation.

• Support in organizing school events and parent meetings as required.

Skillsets :

- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, ERP knowledge is an advantage).

Age Criteria - Between 25 to 40 Years

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
