Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and ensuring a smooth front-office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

• Coordinate with facility management and other departments as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Customer service attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
