Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors: Providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all visitors.
Responding to calls and directing them to the concern department.

Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls effectively.
Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, and preparing documents.
Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure all the stationary are available.
Handling courier, maintaining the record for the same.
Monitor visitors book.
Maintain vouchers & bills.
Maintaining Xerox machine, photocopying, filing and documentation.
Any other responsibility shared by the management team. Alternate saturdays off
