Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate should be well-presented, courteous, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service attitude.
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
