Department: Administration / Front Office
Reports To: Office Manager / Administration Head
Greet visitors and guests, direct them appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls
Manage the front desk: maintain cleanliness, supplies, visitor logs
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintain office records and documentation
Coordinate with various departments for visitor access, security, etc.
Provide general administrative support—filing, scanning, data entry
Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk role
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational skills, multitasking capability
Pleasant personality, professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualification is a plus)
