Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Management: Respond to reservation-related emails, send confirmation emails, and ensure timely follow-up on guest queries.
2. Booking Management: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Rate Management: Send rates and availability to agents, tour operators, and other partners, negotiating rates when necessary.
4. Query Follow-up: Follow up on pending queries, ensuring timely resolution and conversion of bookings.
5. Data Entry: Accurately update reservation data in the Property Management System (PMS).
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the front office, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
7. Reporting: Generate reports on reservation activity, occupancy, and revenue, providing insights to support business decisions.
