Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff.
Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
Provide basic information to clients, guests, and staff.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Day Shift(Monday -Saturday).
