We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our operations and recruitment coordination in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hiring records, tracking attendance, reporting daily work updates, and preparing to-do notes and reminders for management.
Maintain and update records of newly hired employees.
Track and manage daily attendance reports of staff.
Report day-to-day team activities and work status to management.
Prepare daily notes, follow-ups, and to-do lists.
Schedule meetings and ensure timely communication between departments.
Assist in organizing onboarding and training coordination.
Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive documents.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
Prior experience as a PA/Admin Assistant preferred (0–2 years)
Familiarity with BPO operations is a plus
