Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Directors’ emails, filter important communication, and draft responses.

• Handle calls, follow-ups, and maintain clear communication flow.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, reminders, and calendars efficiently.

• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Directors.

• Prepare notes, reports, follow-up lists, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Be the right hand to the Directors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills & Personality:

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to handle situations calmly, think on your feet, and solve problems.

• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.

• Smart multitasker with good follow-up skills.

• Experience in a similar role, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is a strong advantage.

• Candidates with a Marketing background are also welcome.

• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
