We are seeking a highly organized and presentable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multi-tasker with excellent communication and computer skills.
Managing and organizing schedules and appointments.
Handling phone calls and correspondence (email typing).
Coordinating travel arrangements.
Preparing presentations and reports.
Maintaining files and records.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Assisting with personal tasks as required.
Using convincing skills for various tasks.
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Smart and professional appearance.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in email typing and general correspondence.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Strong computer skills (MS Office suite).
Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Good convincing skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive and resourceful.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Location : - Kamela Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat
Time : 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days- Mon- Sat
