The candidate should have the capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the operations and tasks assigned to them, run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a highly organised individual.
Responsibilities
• Manage all tasks assigned by the CEO in the most structured and efficient manner in the order of the priority assigned to them
• Take follow ups from different teams/team members for the work assigned to them by the CEO
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly meetings of the CEO
• Delegate work to and coordinate with different teams in the company
• Manage all correspondence for the CEO
(Email/Phone calls etc)
• Promptly report back to CEO with the status of all tasks assigned to them and team members
• Other personal tasks/duties as assigned
