Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the senior manager/executive.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communication drafts as required.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and reference.
Assist with documentation, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
Support office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, or equivalent).
Experience: 2–5 years as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Telugu/Marathi advantage).
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Time management and organizational ability.
Professional demeanor and confidentiality handling.
Age: 23–40 years preferred.
