We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support our CEO, in managing her professional and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation for meetings.
Assist in travel arrangements – booking tickets, hotels, and itineraries.
Maintain records, files, and important documents in an organized manner.
Act as the primary point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle personal and professional errands when required.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up on key tasks and deadlines.
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Administration preferred).
2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
Full-time, Office-based role (Monday to Saturday).
