Director's Assistant and Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as the Assistant and Coordinator to the Director. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as requested.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the Director to ensure timely completion.
Organize and document meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
