We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Duty Manager under the Receptionist category to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The role includes supervising reception staff, handling guest concerns, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk and reception team during assigned shifts
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure lobby and reception area are presentable and efficiently managed
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Prepare daily reports and assist in training front desk staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage
Degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred
