Job Description-
An office admin is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help maintain efficient office operations, including managing files, and supporting general office activities.
Responsibilities-
Creating, filing, and organizing office documents (reports, memos, emails, confidential records).
Managing office activities and making travel arrangements or bookings.
Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Assisting with basic bookkeeping invoices.
Operating and maintaining office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers).
Greeting and providing support to visitors and staff.
Performing other general office duties as assigned.
Requirements-
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient computer knowledge.
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional demeanour.
