Education : 12th pass/Graduate | Experience : 1-4 Years (1-2 years in food industry preferred) | Timings: 9.30 am-6.00 pm (Mon-Fri) | Saturday: 9.30 am-2.00 pm | Sunday Weekly OFF

Key Skills : Operations/Co-ordination/Client-Interaction | Note : Into Vet products manufacturing | Non-veg materials used in Kitchen so should be comfortable with it

Job Description

- Assist with receiving, organizing & storing freshly prepared meals. Help customize meal orders based on client specifications

- Coordinate shipping updates & handle shipping-related escalations. Communicate closely with manufacturing unit based in Mysore

- Manage invoices & assist with basic documentation. Run usual external errands as required (printing, banking, supplier meetings etc)

- Check & track Business EMails/Inbox management & assist with call scheduling. Provide general administrative support to the team

- Positive towards learning & supporting various new initiatives and projects

- Strong Communication skills & Multi-tasking

- Basic computer skills(MS Word and MS Excel)

- Into Manufacturing & supplying Veterinary food products

- Operating from a Residential building currently.
