We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role involves overseeing office cleanliness, managing store/inventory supplies, handling incoming parcels and orders, and coordinating effectively with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has good communication and coordination skills.
Office Cleanliness & Maintenance
Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
Coordinate with cleaning staff or cleaning vendors for daily and deep-cleaning tasks.
Monitor office utilities and report maintenance issues when necessary.
Store & Inventory Management
Maintain stock levels of office supplies.
Track inventory usage and reorder items as needed.
Ensure proper storage and labelling of items in the office.
Parcel & Order Handling
Receive and verify all incoming parcels, deliveries, and orders.
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Notify relevant staff or departments about received items.
Client & Vendor Coordination
Communicate with clients for basic coordination and scheduling.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and services.
Support the team in handling client inquiries or office-related requests.
General Administrative Support
Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support the team with ad hoc tasks and errands as required.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front-office environment for visitors.
No Prior Experience Required.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Basic computer skills.
