We are looking for a Librarian to join our team at Readers Palace Library to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing entry and exit timings and attending phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12500 - ₹14000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and mails professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily updates
Update about every students fees and dues
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in multitasking and time-manament, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
