Job Description:
We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about the hotel and local area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-in/check-out
Handle room bookings and reservations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Maintain guest records and process payments
Provide information about hotel services and nearby attractions
Ensure front desk area is clean and presentable
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software preferred)
Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage (but not mandatory)
