Job Summary:
The Guest Relation Executive is the face of the organization, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience. They serve as a liaison between guests and the hotel/facility staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
-Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
-Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
-Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Maintain updated records of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback.
-Assist with VIP guest arrangements and ensure their stay is personalized and comfortable.
-Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
-Monitor guest feedback (through surveys, direct feedback, online reviews) and work with management to improve services.
-Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
-Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable work environment.
-Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, or front office role is advantageous.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
-Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and basic office tools.
-Multilingual skills are a plus.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
