Job Title : Guest Relations Executive (GRE) - Female
We are hiring for a GRE who will responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing personalized service, managing inquiries and complaints, coordinating special requests, and acting as a point of contact for guests during their visit to our Property.
Job Location : Orivva by Lotus Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.
Job Timings: 11 a.m to 9 p.m.
Age Limit: 21 Years to 30 Years

Welcoming guests,
Handling VIPs
Resolving issues
Providing information about the hotel and managing feedback to improve services.
Core Responsibilities:
Guest Welcoming & Assistance: Greeting guests upon arrival and providing information about Hotel/Banquet services and facilities.
VIP & Special Guest Management: Identifying and providing special services to VIPs, corporate guests, and those celebrating special occasions.
Complaint & Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Information & Concierge Services: Providing detailed information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, and activities, and arranging bookings or transportation.
Service Coordination: Coordinating with other hotel departments (like housekeeping) to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth experience .
Property Publicizing: Must show the Property to all Guests in a Professional Way
Guest Feedback: Actively seeking and managing guest feedback, including encouraging positive reviews and using feedback to improve services.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Excellent customer service and good communication skills.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
Detailed knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area.
Personalized and proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
Must be having an experience of 1 to 3 years as a GRE or Front Desk Officer in Hotel / Banquet or Hospitality Industry.
Should be a Graduate or 10+2 (From a reputed School).
Must be having Pleasing Personality with Guest First Attitude.
