As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining or service experience from the moment they walk in. Your professionalism, welcoming demeanor, and attention to detail will set the tone for each guest's visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive

• Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waiting list

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus

• Provide guests with estimated wait times and offer seating alternatives when needed

• Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness and order at all times

• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth seating flow

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus

• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
