As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in setting the tone for their stay. You’ll manage check-ins, check-outs, guest queries, and ensure that front desk operations run smoothly and professionally.
Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins using hotel management software
Maintain accurate guest records and manage room allocations efficiently
Handle billing, payment processing, and prepare daily reports
Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service
Manage front desk supplies and ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
Follow standard operating procedures and uphold hotel policies
Maintain logs and shift handovers accurately
Upsell services and promote in-house offerings like food packages or meeting rooms
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations in the hospitality industry
Proficient in using PMS (Property Management Systems) like IDS, Opera, or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English mandatory; Kannada/Hindi a plus)
Good grooming and professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
