Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Manage conference rooms
Maintain security by monitoring visitor log books
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, sending email to bldg security, vendor management, book a courier and birthday celebrations.
Handle inquire via phone or in person promptly and professionally
