We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle clients and visitors with warmth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence (emails/letters).
Maintain visitor records and provide necessary information.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office activities.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and well-managed.
Support administrative tasks and provide assistance to management as required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
